Hunter Professional is looking for an experienced Head Chef for one of their delightful Care Home Clients in Bury St Edmunds.

For this Head Chef role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to the service users. You will be responsible for documenting all required food temperatures, and ordering ingredients and cleaning supplies.

Must have:

- Proven experience as a Chef in care
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology and IDDSI
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Creativity and ability to develop innovative menu items
- Strong communication skills
