Production/Machine Operators

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and accept the rotating shift pattern. 

Responsibilities:

• Operating automatic or semi-automatic machinery safely
• Ensuring production areas are clean and free from obstacles.
• Running quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet company standards and flagging below-standard items.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Ensuring raw material is fed into processing machines safely, including quality checking raw materials.
• Maintaining machines, and ensuring they run smoothly.
• As the manual world becomes more digital, you may be required to operate some basic software.

Requirements:

• Previous production/manufacturing experience.
• Ideally have worked with machinery previously.
• Good working within a team and on your initiative.
• Good attention to detail to understand and correctly follow processes.
• Good communication skills.
