Pay Rate: £13.48 per hour (increases to £16.42 per hour after 40 hours)

Hunter Professional is actively recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives with LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) proficiency for our client located in Park Farm, Wellingborough. Candidates will be required to complete a drug and alcohol test prior to starting, so please only apply if you are confident in passing.Key Responsibilities:

Order Picking: Utilize LLOP equipment to efficiently and accurately pick orders from the warehouse.Packing: Prepare items for shipment, ensuring that all products are packed securely to prevent damage.Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through careful handling and reporting of stock discrepancies.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist in general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating LLOP equipment in a warehouse setting.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and moving products.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.Strong communication skills.
